ANDREWS BAY CHEESE in Havana FL and we partnered to sell his cheeses but most importantly add these wonderful cheeses to our menu!
Specializing in aging and matching the characters of his great cheeses by incorporating the flavors of smoldering hardwoods, Michael has been able to enhance each of his cheeses without overwhelming their uniqueness.
About the Cheese: St. Andrew Bay Cheeses are 100% All Natural made from cow's milk and are smoked using naturally organic hard woods (Maple, Hickory and Oat). They age and smoke the cheeses in unique Kilns to create a tasteful combination of Natural Cheese character and Hardwood flavor. Each wheel is handcut into Loaves to sell small portions in markets and sell larger cut to Pubs & Restaurants.
