We take pride in using an many locally grown fruits and vegetables as the market will allow. Chefs may change out a fruit or lettuce based on the seasonal availability. Some salads are made only during a select season but we always have at least 2 salads on the menu for you to select from.

We take our slightly spicy Pimento and add to a creamy cheddar sauce, then add chicken sausage for a mac and cheese to remember.
Roasted Eggplant and Vegetable Torte
Fresh roasted eggplant, zucchini, squash and peppers (other seasonal vegetables may make the cut when visiting our farmers!) We slow roast the vegetables with rosemary and EVOO then layer them with Asiago and mozzarella cheeses. Baked and ready to eat - 8 final layers high.
All of our desserts are homemade daily or weekly. Ask your server as we often make changes are add an item as we run out of a dessert.

319 is taking a Hiatus from our weekday lunch hours except for Saturday when we open 11 am - 2 pm. We are excited about what the season allows us to offer for your farm-to-table experience with our lighter fare.
